Refund policy

Refund policy All products sold by DIGITORIO are digital files. Because digital files can't be returned once they've been delivered, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

Problems with your file: If your file won't open, is damaged, or something in the spreadsheet isn't working as described, email digitorio27@gmail.com with your order number and a short description, and we'll fix the file or send a replacement.

Didn't receive your file? We email your planner to the address you used at checkout after your order is confirmed. Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Before you buy: Please make sure you can use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, as the planner is designed for these programs.
